Waffle Mix Recipe

Warm waffle iron / waffle machine hire.

Initially spray plates with oil. Then not needed.

Cover plate (just) with approximately 120 ml of mix. Cook at 200 degrees  (mark 4) for 4 minutes after the machine has reached temperature (green light on).
