MULLED WINE

This warm spiced, red wine is an elixir for the senses on a cold winter night.

The recipe combines a wonderful blend of full-bodied red wine, cloves, cinnamon, orange and lemon peel and a touch of sugar. Wine £6.50 a litre.

Wine (non-alcoholic) £6.00 per 725/ 750ml

Plastic 20 ml. sampling cups. £6.00. Per 100.

Plastic tumblers (125cl) £2.50 per 50.

Plastic wine glass (150ml / 20cl). £5.25 per 25 or £21.00 per 100.

MINCE PIES

Quality short crust pastry, generously filled with a light spiced mincemeat £0.28p each

All butter pastry filled with sweet fruity mincemeat and a dash of Brandy £0.50p each

Puff pastry mince pies with classic fruity filling £0.50p to £1.00 each.
