There are a choice of three cooking apparatus we rent.
electric Steamer / bain marie, an electric roller grill, LPG BBQ in a vendor cart.


Electric Machines: Power requirement:
Roller Grill: 1208w in total (565w. top 5 rollers. 650w. lower 6 rollers). 5.4amps.
Hot Dog Steamer: 1125w. 4.75amps.
Onion Griddle: 2000w. 8.3amps.

Weight:
Hot Dog Roller Grill: 14.5kg (small). 21.5kg (large).
Hot Dog Steamer: 13.5kg.
Onion Griddle: 15kg.

Dimensions:
Hot Dog Roller Grill: 550mm x 480mm x 230mm (small).
Hot Dog Roller Grill: 620mm x 540mm x 170mm (large).
Hot Dog Steamer: 600mm x 450mm x 400mm.
Onion Griddle: 280mm x 38mm x 250mm.

Promotional area:
Hot Dog Roller Grill: Front 45 x 9cm. Sides 40 x 15cm.
Hot Dog Steamer: Side (when covering up signage); 50 x 24cm.
Onion Griddle: Not recommended, (hot surface) Front 25 x 15cm. Sides 35 x 15cm.

Cooking Guide:
Roller grill: 20 minutes warm-up, 30 minutes cooking up, 20/30 sausages on grill.
