Electro Freeze CS4 gravity fed dispensing ice cream machine.
230 volts. 1450 watts. 8.5 amps. (initial start-up requires 3 kw).

The trolley weight is 30kg.
When moving an ice cream machine an the supplied trolley:
the whole UNIT (trolley with ice cream machine on top) is Top Heavy!
Therefore the ice cream machine on the trolley must be pulled towards you
(or have at least 2 operatives with hands-on),
as the ice cream machine on the trolley is prone to topple over on any uneven surface or small obstacle
(like a very small stone (grit)).
If you push the ice cream machine on the trolley,
you may not be able to save the ice cream machine and trolley from toppling over;
Causing extensive and expensive damage.
Where if you are pulling the machine, your upper body will help the ice cream machine and trolley from toppling over.
When we transport the ice cream machine.
We will need to know If there are steps or if gravel will be encountered!

How to Make a Soft Ice Cream
To make a soft serve ice cream; first put the mixture in the top hopper
(minimum of 5 litres, maximum of 9 litres},
next make sure that there is not a blockage to the flow of ice cream mix through the freezing chamber by pulling the dispensing handle down to see that the ice cream mix flows freely and is not a dribble! Switch the machine on and wait 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes, the ice cream will be ready to serve,
Just pull the dispensing handle down to make your Mr Whippy soft serve ice cream.
