The normall cost to hire a roast chestnut street vendor
for 3 hours is £360.00. Every hour after that is £60.00.
On top of this is:
Transportation to the venue.
Any extrended hours.
Parking charges as incurrred.
+ The Chestnuts.
The cost of the chestnuts works out at £50.00 a bag.
A bag will serves about 40 portions (5/6 nuts in a bag).
This cost includes the purchase of the chestnuts and
the time it takes to score every chestnut.
