A GUIDE TO TRANSPORT CHARGES

This is a guide to the charges when we or a sub-contractor deliver the equipment.

Transport charges are workout by Postcode, which we ask you to provide.

The charge shown is for the delivery and applies again for collection.

It covers a single item to a van load, if the van load is exceeded then a revised charge will be based on whether it is best to use a second van or the best size of vehicle to carry the load (Luton, 7.5 ton).

We charge £38.00 per hour to transport equipment by van, it’s is estimated on how long we expect to do the round journey, we do not charge any extra if we get stuck for hours in a traffic jam!

The time it takes is sometimes extended due to time of delivery, general traffic, traffic lights, diversions and of cause the motorway delays.

Sometime we offer the service of the driver / operator to stay and serve, supervise, help-out for the duration of the time it would take the operative to drive the return journey at the same cost.

This proves to be a good option for both parties.

Some of the equipment already has the element of transport cost, built into the price, i.e. Casino tables, simulators.

LOCAL AREAS - The local delivery charges is £25.00. (For the single return Journey) and the charge applies again for the collection. I.e. Langley, Datchet, Slough, Gerrards Cross, Windsor, Winkfield, Ascot, Maidenhead, Staines, Wraysbury.

All prices shown below applies for just the delivery it will apply again for the collection.
