Punch Recipes for a Champagne / Punch Fountain

Nothing measures up to a good Punch for ease in serving

and to enhance a buffet table or an Hors D’oeuvre Table.

If properly made, Punch is as tempting as any professional mixed cocktail.

Here are some tested Punch recipes that will make your party a pleasant occasion.

Wedding Punch

• 0.4 litres of Southern Comfort or Bourbon
• Juice of 12 Lemons (12ozs)
• 1 Cup of Sugar (8ozs)
• 1 Pint of very strong Tea
• 1.5 litres of Soda Water

Mix thoroughly. Pour over ice or chill, add soda last! Decorate with fruit.

Party Punch

• 0.2 litres of Bourbon
• 8oz. Unsweetened pineapple juice
• 8oz. Unsweetened grapefruit juice
• 4oz. Fresh lemon juice (4 lemons)
• 1.5 litres of fizzy lemonade

Pre-chill ingredients. Mix in bowl, adding lemonade last. Decorate with fruit.

Mai Tai Punch

• 3 litres of Rum
• 5 litres of Chablis
• 5 litres orange juice
• 5 litres lemonade
• 5 litres of pineapple juice

Garnish with fresh sliced fruit floating in bowl.

Hawaiian Punch

• O.2 litres Southern Comfort
• 4oz. Fresh lemon juice (4 lemons)
• 1.5 litres of pineapple juice

Pre-chill ingredients. Decorate with fruit.

Margarita

• 3 lites of Triple Sec
• 3 litres Tequila
• 10 litres of sweet and sour mix
• 3 litres of water

Garnish with fresh sliced limes. Ice to Chill.

NON - Alcoholic Punch

• 750 ml of frozen orange juice
• 750 ml of frozen lemonade
•  3 litres of water
•  0.5 litre of Grenadine
•  3oz. Lemon (3 lemons)
•  3 litres of ginger ale (chilled)

Float orange slices on top. Add cherries.

California Punch

• 2 litres of orange juice
• 2 litres of pineapple juice
• 2 litres of lime juice
• 1 litre of ginger ale
• 1 litre of light or dark Rum
•  0.02kg of sugar

Float fresh sliced fruit in bowl. Add ice to chill.

Vodka Punch

• 1 Litre of Cranberry juice
• 0.2 litre (1 can) of lemonade
• 0.5 lire of Vodka
• 1.5 litre of lemonade

Chill lemonade. Combine first 3 ingredients in Punch bowl, slowly add lemonade.

Add Ice.

Berry Citrus Punch

• 18 Litres of mixed berry juice
• 5 litres of orange juice

Garnish with sliced fresh fruit, floating in fountain bowl. Add ice to chill.

Champagne Punch

• 1/3 Chablis
• 1/3 Champagne
•  1/3 ginger ale or lemonade

Chill mixture or add ice cubes to fountain
