SOFT ICE CREAM MACHINE
Free standing Ice Cream Machine.
Stainless steel, gravity fed, dispensing unit.
Just put the mixture in the top.
Switch the machine on and wait 10 minutes!
Then pull the dispensing handle down
to have instant soft ice cream (whippy).
ICE CREAM MACHINE OPERATING INSTRUCTION ON HOW TO MAKE SOFT ICE CREAM
Pour ice cream mixture into the hopper until it reaches the engraved ring on the feed tube.
Open up the input flow by lifting the inside plastic tube by the bar at the top and turning the tube a quarter of a turn, reseating it back in the stainless steel tube (exposing the hole).
Immediately pull the dispenser lever down on the front of the machine and hold down until the sanitized water stops coming out and has been replaced by a flow of ice cream mixture. Release dispenser handle to stop flow.
Fill hopper with ice cream mix.
Replace the black plastic cover over the hopper.
Switch the left hand switch to auto and the right hand switch to day.
Wait until the machine stops making a noise (compressor pump), after about 10 minutes.
Ice creams can now be served.
How to make an ice cream in a cone:
Hold a cone under the dispenser
Push the lever down and with a circular swaying motion of the cone allowing the ice cream to fall on to the rim of the cone (not the into the centre of the cone), ending up with smaller whirls to a peak.
For hygiene safety and taste, draw off about 2/3 ice creams before serving and dispose of.

If the red light on the lower right front comes on, the machine is running low on ice cream mixture,
lift the cover on the hopper and refill with ice cream mix.
The ice cream mixture will stays in good condition for up to 4 days so long as the machine is left plugged in to an electricity supply, when not in use and set to overnight shut down position.
CLEANING
When you have finished with the ice cream machine,
Lift off the black plastic cover from the top of the machine to expose the hopper.
Pull out the feed pipe (stainless steel pipe) from its location (feed hole), lay the pipe down inside the hopper.
Move the left side switch to the clean position and move the right hand switch to night position.
Then after 10 minutes, draw off / empty all the ice cream mix from the hopper by placing a bowl / bucket under the dispenser, pull down and hold the dispensing handle until the ice cream stops comes out, should the bowl / bucket fill up before the mixture stops coming out, release the handle and empty the bowl / bucket and commencing emptying the hopper again as above .
When the hopper is empty move the switch on the left side, to the middle / off position.
Mix up 5 litres of warm soapy water and pour into the hopper
Move the left side switch on the machine to clean.
Leave to run for only a couple of minutes and then turn the switch to the off position.
Do not switch the toggle switch to auto, as it will freeze up the beater
and you will not be able to proceed until it defrosts (quite a long time!).
Put a bowl under the dispenser, Pull the dispenser lever down until the water stops coming out.
Repeat the following process again:
Mix up 5 litres of warm water and pour into the hopper
Move the left side switch on the machine to clean.
Leave to run for only one minute and then turn the switch to the off position.
Do not switch the toggle switch to auto, as it will freeze up the beater
and you will not be able to proceed until it defrosts (quite a long time!).
Put a bowl under the dispenser, Pull the dispenser lever down until the water stops coming out.
If you are going to use the machine again:
Mix up 5 litres of warm water with the sanition additive and pour into the hopper
Move the left side switch on the machine to clean.
Leave to run for only one minute and then turn the switch to the off position.
Do not switch the toggle switch to auto, as it will freeze up the beater
and you will not be able to proceed until it defrosts (quite a long time!).
Put a bowl under the dispenser, Pull the dispenser lever down until the solution stops coming out.
Clean the outside of the machine with a clean cloth, J cloth, flannel or paper towels.
